Level 2 NVQ Certificate
in Slinger / Signalling
The NVQ Level 2 diploma will allow trainees to develop the necessary knowledge and skills in slinging and signalling the movement or loads and guiding or moving loads or machinery.
The course is designed for operators with previous training and experience with controlling lifting operations in the role of a slinger/signaller. All candidates must have their CPCS A40A slinger signaller card to take this NVQ course.
The qualification is based on producing evidence of competence and can be gained in a number of ways; this will be explained to the candidates during the first assessment visit. The NVQ can be completed in as little as 3 months but there is no specific time limit (we like to ensure the qualification is completed within 12 months).
